  1. Agent personas and shared context.

    Agents can now be given a persona, their mission, how they should respond, and when to escalate, and they draw on tenant-wide shared context so every agent works from the same background about your organization.

  2. Autonomous agents, live on a real service desk.

    The autonomous agent runtime shipped its first production iteration. An agent now works a real service desk, reading each ticket against your IT data, drafting a source-cited reply, and acting under the autonomy you grant.

  3. New marketing site.

    The marketing site has been fully redesigned to match the new KANAP app aesthetic. Open source is now the lead story, with self-hosting as the first-class citizen.

  4. App-wide design refresh.

    The KANAP application has been redesigned around a "refined density" charter: Inter 400/500 only, teal for interactive elements, neutral everything else, mandatory dark mode across every surface.

    • Unified design tokens under `kanapPalette` with light + dark modes
    • PropertyRow / PropertyGroup primitives replace all MUI FormControl usage
    • Workspace pages (tasks, projects, requests) follow a shared detail layout
    • AG Grid custom overrides protect cell text from teal leaking
    • Auto-save on all in-place edits; explicit submits reserved for creates and composers
